Simultaneous engineering
The time to market is getting shorter and shorter. This results in the simultaneous development of the product and its production means. For many years, INSYS has offered it’s services in the areas of automated product and process development.
Examples:
- product design meeting the requirements of automated assembly
- process concept (partially in collaboration with specialised companies)
- process analysis for future automation
Simulations
Realising important linked automated systems is more complex than individual automated cells. The interference between stations may often only be determined by simulations. For this INSYS developed its own simulation software which has been successfully proven in many cases.
After-sales service
The after-sales service team takes care of the manufacturing equipment at the customer’s sites. It is characterized by its outstanding flexibility and availability.
Services:
- immediate support in cases of installation break-down
- supply and delivery of spare-parts
- optimisation and realisation of small installation extensions
- management of servicing and maintenance contracts
