Insys Industriesysteme AG is one of the leading Swiss suppliers of automation solutions. It develops and produces high performance systems automating assembly, processing and inspection procedures for many different industry segments. More than 800 systems have been supplied to our customers, focussed on Medical / Pharmaceutical, Luxury, Consumer, Industrial, Electronics and Automotive goods.
We offer robot cells for high precision mechanical processing and quality control of components, round indexing tables and linear cells for assembly automation as well as vision control systems for optical inspection. Having been a dedicated system integrator in automation for many years, we provide a profound knowledge of applications and a longterm experience in managing complex customer projects. We are experts in the flexible combination robotic, vision and assembly components to joint high-performance systems.
Our traditional business in industrial automation has been extended to Clean Room applications in medical and pharmaceutical industries, e.g. under clean room conditions of classes 5 and 6. We do provide project realization according to GMP/GAMP with the corresponding validations, including CSV.
