Support combines Pre-Sales-Engineering and After-Sales Service.

The mission of Pre-Sales-Engineering is process development. Customer and project specific processes are developed in order to ensure industrial automation. Simulation, feasability and process experiments investigate all critical processes and lead us to corresponding solutions. Early process development is a major issue in order to reduce risks in the following automation project, which is highly appreciated by both our customers and us. We therefore consider process development as one of the most important success factors in automation business.

After-Sales-Service is dedicated to technical support for our customers, spare parts supply and provides smaller upgrades and modifications on our systems in operation. Beside the on-site intervention, our hotline and our web-based off-site system access are the most important tools in customer service. In addition, After-Sales-Service ensures planned maintenance within service agreements and training of operators.
